Every attempt will be made to ensure all advertised prices are updated however from time to time price variations may occur without notice.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase date, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition and packaged with all original tags and labels attached.

 RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@collonline.com.au to receive specific information to assist with the return process. place the item securely in its original packaging. A designated courier will pick up the package or you may be required to take the package to an Australia Post Office. Please send all returns to:

For Change of mind items the purchaser will be required to pay the return shipping charges, for faulty or damaged items Coll Online shall pay return shipping fees.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund, store credit or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days to process returns. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • For order cancellations and change of mind, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping charges are paid by the customer for all change of mind items
