Features: Oven safe up to 250 °C. This carbon steel cake pan is coated with Goldflon Non Stick Coating, making it ideal for casseroles, cakes, breads, pies, and other desserts. It has contour embossed design as well.
Easy to Use: Before using, wash bakeware in warm, soapy water. Then, rinse and dry thoroughly. Grease the inside of the tin sparingly before each use for best results.
Strong & Durable: Carbon steel cake pan is a more stronger and durable option than the aluminum option as carbon steel is pressed from raw, heavy-gauge steel.
Easy to clean: Hand wash only after each use and dry thoroughly before storing. Please note that this is NOT dishwasher safe and do NOT use steel wool pad and any harsh abrasive cleaners to prevent scratches.
Use & Care tips: DO NOT use sprays on oils as it will generate an ultra-thin layer of oil that will burn off at low temperatures and can leave a sticky residue that reduces the non-stick properties of your bakeware. After cooking, DO NOT immerses your hot bakeware in cold water as this may result in irreversible warping. Always let the pan cool to room temperature before cleaning. To ensure the longer life of your non- stick bakeware, it is recommended to use only wooden or nylon utensils.
